From 1st September we will not have a local sales office in Beijing and all correspondence will be by email, skype or regular phone call. Our work has shifted to online sales and favoured communication is by email.
With sales staff 'on the rails' and around the world (variously in Australia, Belgium, China, England - we are working on the rest of the alphabet!) we may be able to schedule a personal meeting at a convenient location, in a trendy coffee shop perhaps. As someone told me the other day, "who does have an office these days?!"
If you do have an appointment to visit our Beijing office note it is a little difficult to find, so take a good look at the local map. You can find directions on our download page

Room 716 at the Qiao Yuan Hotel was the home base of Mister Monkey for five years, where he presided over the famous Beijing infocenter, assisted by his brother, the Rouble Monkey. But nothing is forever, except tax-bills!
In May ’95 we moved to the Beijing Commercial Business Complex, 1.5 km west of the Qiao Yuan hotel in south west Beijing, which was the traveller's hangout at the time, close to Da Guan Yuan Park.
We moved again in April ’98, this time to the Capital Forbidden City Hotel in the same area but difficult to find. The advantage of this office for us was we had a lovely big kitchen, so we could cook home style food which was otherwise difficult to find in Beijing, or only in expensive hotel restaurants. We had a dart board and a fridge too, so customers (and staff) often stayed way past normal hours socialising in the comfy office environment!
Early in the real new Millennium we packed up again, this time for better pastures. Nothing beats the Sanlitun area, and nothing beats a Belgian Beer! Our office together with the Hidden Tree was located in the South Bar street until continued reconstruction in December '04 made us move again.
We spent two happy years in the Red House Hotel before being reunited with The Tree once again. Our office was in a small office hostel building in the heart of Sanlitun bar street, but it turns out beer is more profitable than beds and the hostel turned into bars, one floor at a time. We started in the second floor, moved to the third floor before realising in late 2012 the area had outgrown us, or we had outgrown the mess drunk party goers leave for the morning!
You can still find our Monkeys at the The Tree sampling those famous Belgian beers which is just around the corner of our operations office in Bei San Li Community, where we moved in October 2012.
Currently we do not have a sales office in Beijing as our work has shifted to online sales. We have staff based around the world (China, Australia, Belgium, England) and if you wish to have a personal meeting we will be happy to meet in a convenient location, depending where you are based of course.
